Tobuscus Adventures: The Game (update)

I’m going to try and keep you guys posted on the updates regarding the progress of the Indiegogo project. All information will be gathered from here. I live in the UK so obviously there’s an issue of time difference, so keep checking on the link provided if you’re interested. I’ll also create a tag on the blog (found here) which you’ll be able check to follow the progress.

Latest update:

PayPal is now an acceptable form of payment.

Don’t forget that if you’re opting for a perk that has something to be shipped, please add the required amount to your donation for shipping. This ensures that all of your initial donation goes to the project itself. If you forget, you can provide another donation for the amount required for shipping, and click on the “No perk, I just want to contribute” tab.

So far the donations have reached almost $44,000 in less than a day. That’s great work, Audience, keep it up!

Toby is working with game developers to create an iOS and Andriod game based on his popular animated universe. The game will feature many of your favourite characters and will see you using magic to fight zombies.

But, he will need your help. Toby is running a kickstarter project for all of his fans to donate to make this game become reality.

And, most importantly, go here to donate! Donating certain amounts will give you different levels of perks, ranging from Behind The Scenes videos of the making of the game, to travelling to space with Toby (he wants to go twice). They are looking to raise $240,000, so any amount of money that you can donate will help to go a long way.

500 FOLLOWERS! In celebration of Tobusgifs hitting 500 followers last night, have a picture of the two people who run this blog. I’m aware Barry made a post about this but it’s a big deal for us so I decided to have my own say. Thank you all so much for following us. Ever since the beginning, we had a dream of hitting 500 followers. We said if we did that, we would consider our blog a success. Now, here we are. And we hope to grow. We started this blog as a tribute to Toby Turner, one of the funniest, hard-working men on the internet and to show our appreciation for him and his videos. It’s amazing to get so many followers (one of which is the man himself). It’s great to see so many people who also appreciate him and to be able to interact with them. So thank you to all of our followers, and anyone who has appreciated our own work. And thank you Toby, for being an inspiration.
